OUR COMPANY
The story of Délices Surgelés began with an emblematic dish of West Indian gastronomy – dombré, much appreciated in Guadeloupe.
As its preparation is often long and delicate, Mr. Serge HAMOT, a baker by training, imagined and designed a patented machine to automate the production process, while preserving the authenticity of the traditional taste.
Under the impetus of Mrs Marie-Hélène GARÇON, his partner, this innovation led to the creation in 2007 of the SARL “LES DÉLICES SURGELÉS”, today recognized for its know-how in the production and promotion of frozen Guadeloupean culinary specialties.
Combining ingenuity, tradition and modernization, the company pursues its mission of promoting the richness of the West Indian culinary heritage through products that are accessible to as many people as possible, in Guadeloupe and far beyond.
